Are your products vegan?

Yes! Our products are 100% vegan and cruelty free and only tested on humans.

Do you off local pick up / drop off?

Not at the moment. 

Can I return items?

All items are final sale and non- refundable. 

Can I track my shipment?

Once your item(s) has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

What happens if I received damaged items?

Here at Body Language we ensure all of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to our customers. Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us at info@shopbodylanguage.ca within 24 hours if the item arrived damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you please include photos of the damage product(s) and a note of your concern within the email.
